Customized Massage

(60 min. $90 / 90 min. $120 / 120 min. $160)
This massage is a great combination of the techniques from the east and the west. The firm long strokes, pressure point, and deep tissue techniques will be applied along the Thai energy paths (Sen), and on the areas that carry the tension. The pressure can be light, medium or deep per your preference. Other techniques such as NMT, cupping, bamboo, Thai, stretching, etc. may be incorporated if needed.

Injury Treatment Massage

(60 min. $160)
We accept L&I work-related injury and motor vehicle accident claims.This is a therapeutic massage that will focus on the problem areas to assist in your recovery. Pook is a worker compensation provider for both WA State L&I and Federal OWCP.

Doctor’s prescription with diagnosis is required.

Hot Stone Massage

(90 min. $140)
Smooth, basalt stones are heated to relax both body and mind. Benefits of this treatment include increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, and relief of tension.

Pregnancy Massage

(60 min. $90 / 90 min. $120)
The intention of pregnancy massage therapy is to aid in coping with the physical body changes that arise during pregnancy. This massage may help moms-to-be to alleviate muscle tension, cramps and spasms in the legs, hips, lower back and neck. This massage also improves blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling especially in the lower body. Mom will be comfy in a side lying posture supported by pillows.

Office Policies

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and our time, the following policies have been adopted:

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment time. If you are unable to do so, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee and it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.

No Show Policy
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, this will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged for your “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Late Arrival Policy
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no show”, and that time slot will automatically become available for someone else.

Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee.

Welcome to Massage by Pook

Pook, a native of Thailand, started her massage career at Wat Pho Traditional Medical and Massage School, the oldest massage school in Thailand. There she studied traditional Thai massage as well as foot massage. After arriving in the USA, she attended Everest College and graduated with a 4.00 GPA in massage therapy.

Pook has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009. She spent her first four years providing therapeutic massage in chiropractic clinics as well as at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton. She has also gained experience working in a high end spa.
